main duty:

1. According to business or R & D needs, complete the plan evaluation, formulation and review of new projects;

2. Complete the analysis and optimization of the mechanical structure and transmission scheme (modeling and finite element analysis if necessary), and complete the reverse analysis of relevant technical documents, appearance, and structure;

3. Complete the confirmation of the selection of processing materials, the selection of standard parts, the evaluation of the plan and cost quotation;

4. According to the project schedule requirements, complete the detailed structural design and engineering drawing (3D & 2D), BOM table sorting, etc .;

5. Analysis, arrangement and compilation of relevant technical documents, including technical documents such as BOM, assembly, operation, and maintenance.

6. Complete the installation and commissioning of the machine, follow up on various technical problems that occur during the production, processing and assembly debugging, and make optimization and improvement;

7. Design and improvement of tooling fixtures.

8. Other work arranged by the leader.

Application requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, mechatronics / mechanical design and automation related mechanical majors;
2. More than 8 years of equipment design and development experience, can independently evaluate the plan and complete the detailed engineering design of the whole machine according to the development needs (3D / 2D / BOM / SOP, etc.);
3. Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD drawing software, at least a 3D design software experience (UG NX, SolidEdge, Solidworks, CATIA, ProE / Creo…)
4. Familiar with the basic principles, structure, performance, technical parameters, installation and debugging methods of commonly used mechanical devices, and familiar with the design standards and specifications of various mechanical parts, standard parts, non-standard parts, general parts, and pneumatic components;
5. Proficient in manufacturing and technological process, proficient in dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance, etc., familiar with material performance, rich in mechanical processing knowledge, and have a clear concept of machinability and cost of designed parts;
6. Proactive, responsible, rigorous and meticulous work, good teamwork spirit, good communication organization and coordination ability, have project progress awareness, and can work under pressure;

7. Have the work experience of complete design and development of multiple components or a type of equipment, and successful mass production, priority will be employed;
8. English CET4 or above is preferred.
