(Summary description)In 2014, it successfully developed the module dispensing series equipment with respect to the connecting silver glue between CF surface and TFT surface in LCM manufacturing procedure, line glue at the connection between FPC and glass, and selective coating dispensing process on FPC step surface: Cross-group single-sided gluing machine, cross-group silver pasting double-sided glue sealing machine, and cross-group three-in-one dispenser. It also developed fingerprint identification underfilled high-speed glue sprayer, camera thread petal dispenser, anti-jitter camera glue sprayer, and other equipment with respect to mobile phone fingerprint module and camera.
