Main Responsibilities:
1, according to business or research and development needs, complete the new project program evaluation, formulation, review work;
2. Complete the analysis and optimization of mechanical structure and transmission scheme (modeling and finite element analysis are required if necessary), and complete the reverse analysis of relevant technical documents, appearance and structure;
3, complete the selection of processing materials, standard parts selection confirmation, scheme and cost quotation evaluation;
4, according to the requirements of the project schedule, complete the detailed structural design and engineering drawing (3D & 2D),BOM sorting, etc;
5. Analysis, arrangement and compilation of relevant technical documents, including BOM, assembly, operation, maintenance and other technical documents.
6. Complete the installation and debugging of the machine, follow up and deal with various technical problems in the process of production, processing and assembly debugging, and make optimization and improvement;
7. Design and improvement of fixture.
8. Other work arranged by leaders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical and electrical integration/mechanical design and automation and other mechanical related majors;
2. At least 8 years of equipment design and development experience, able to independently evaluate the scheme and complete the detailed engineering design of the whole machine (3D/2D/BOM/SOP, etc.) according to the development requirements;
3. Proficient in using AutoCAD drawing software and at least one 3D design software (UG NX, SolidEdge, Solidworks, CATIA, ProE/Creo…)
4. Be familiar with the basic principles, structure, performance, technical parameters, installation and debugging methods of common mechanical devices, and be familiar with the design standards and specifications of various mechanical parts, standard parts, non-standard parts, general parts and pneumatic components;
5, proficient in manufacturing and technological process, proficient in dimensional tolerances and form and position tolerances, etc., familiar with material properties, have rich knowledge of mechanical processing, have a clear concept of the machinability and cost of the designed parts;
6. Proactive, serious and responsible, rigorous and meticulous, good team spirit, good communication, organization and coordination ability, project progress awareness, able to work under pressure;
7, have completed the complete design and development of multiple components or a kind of equipment, successful mass production work experience, will be preferred;
8. English CET4 or above is preferred.
